General Questions
What is a cupsleeve event (CSE)?
A cupsleeve event is a fan event that celebrates a character/idol from a franchise/group. Typical cupsleeve events celebrates birthdays, anniversaries, etc related to the character/idol. A cupsleeve is usually given at the event, alongside other merch freebies.
Who are we celerbrating?
We are celebrating the birthday of Jason Todd, a DC Comics character.
When/where will the CSE be held?
It will be held on 16 August 2026 (Sunday), at Cafe de Paris in Singapore.
How do I join the CSE?
Reservations for the CSE will begin on 6 June (subject to change).
Please note that walk-ins will NOT be accepted.
Can I contribute as an artist/helper?
Thank you for your interest! The artists for the CSE have been finalised, and we will not be accepting any more contributors.If you are interested in being a helper, please keep an eye out for potential recruitment announcements!
Event Specific Questions
Is the CSE open to everyone?
Only guests that have received their confirmation will be allowed entry into the event. Please note that walk-ins will be turned away.
Can I cosplay at the CSE?
Yes! Cosplays are welcome for the event! Standard public and cosplay etiquette will apply for the event.
Can I cosplay anyone else other than Jason?
Yes, cosplays are not limited to Jason Todd. We welcome any cosplays related to DC Comics, as long as cosplayers follow public and cosplay etiquette.
Will there be any activities during the CSE?
The team is hard at work finalising the activities! Please keep an eye out on our social media for the announcement!
I have lost something at the CSE.
Please note that the team is not liable for any lost/stolen property.
If you have found something that does not belong to you, kindly hand it to the team for safekeeping. If the item is not claimed by the end of the day, it will be reported and handed over to the venue.
Merchandising
What merch can we get from the CSE?
Confirmed party guests will receive a party pack containing freebies! Paid merch will also be available on a pre-order basis.
More information will be shared regarding paid merch soon.
Is this a for-profit or not-for-profit CSE?
We are a not-for-profit CSE. All revenue earned from merchandise sales will cover the costs of organising the event and production of merchandise.
Are international fans able to get merch from the CSE?
International fans will only be able to buy paid merch, and will not be entitled to freebies. All international orders can be placed through Group Orders only. More information will be shared regarding International Group Orders soon.
